The St. Paul’s Transformation Project is guided by the St. Paul’s Advisory Committee (SPAC), which is made up of 22 Norfolk residents selected to represent a full range of community voices and stakeholders. The Advisory Committee meets on the third Tuesday of each month; the meeting is open to the public.
