The next phase of the St. Paul’s Transformation started Sept. 13 with the official groundbreaking ceremony of Unity Place at Kindred!

When complete, Unity Place will have 140 energy efficient apartments serving a mix of incomes to include former Tidewater Gardens residents. These units will be available in 2025.

Unity Place will include a landscaped plaza, a fitness center, ground floor retail and conference space. It is the third set of buildings in the transformation area, joining Origin Circle and Reunion at Kindred. Origin and Reunion will open later this fall.

With 54 percent of former residents stating they plan to return to the new Kindred community, we’re excited to continue working with our partners in providing a resilient community of the future!
