September marked the start of the third set of buildings in the transformation area – Unity Place at Kindred, which joins Origin Circle and Reunion Senior Living at Kindred.

When complete, Unity Place will have 140 energy-efficient apartments serving a mix of incomes to include former Tidewater Gardens residents. Available in 2025, they will also feature a landscaped plaza, a fitness center, ground floor retail and conference space.
